We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us at pawplaytoysstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item.
